Building on the brand’s style guide, I led the end-to-end design and development of web, email, and digital marketing collateral, focusing on creating a cohesive, user-centered experience across touchpoints. I redesigned and developed responsive marketing email templates, which optimized usability and engagement, resulting in a ~50% increase in click-through rate (CTR).
